Mary Fox, Chairman of the Board
Mary Keeney Blincow Fox is the Chairman of the Board of Tenacity Solutions Incorporated, a Women Owned Small Business generating approximately $25 million annual business that encompasses the highest quality information security, enterprise engineering, and global mission support services.
For more than three decades, Mrs. Fox has been involved with building bridges between our customers and our technology solutions. She was instrumental in the formation of Tenacity Solutions in 2003, and continues to be the moral compass of the organization. Mrs. Fox's passion for supporting her customers is only surpassed by her desire to create and maintain a corporate culture that helps out the less fortunate. From going to Blue Fields, Nicaragua with her two daughters on a three weeks mission trip to help a local orphanage, to encouraging her staff to get involved with local causes, Mrs. Fox's unbounded energy for helping the less fortunate is to be applauded.
Mrs. Fox holds a Bachelors Degree from George Washington University and an Associates Degree from Saint Mary's College.
Mrs. Fox lives with her husband Leo, and their three children in Vienna, Virginia.
Leo Fox III, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fox, Tenacity Solutions Inc. President and CEO, is a visionary leader and entrepreneur with strong Intelligence Community and technology experience in enterprise information assurance across many technology segments. Mr. Fox has extensive international and domestic experience in operations and mission support, and in each executive role he has undertaken, he has proven his ability to rapidly assimilate Intelligence Community trends and strategically integrate those trends into products, services, and functional areas of organizations.
Founding Tenacity Solutions Inc. in 2003, Mr. Fox comes to Tenacity Solutions from Creative Technologies Inc., where he served as the Director of Administrative Programs. Prior to Creative Technologies Inc., Mr. Fox served as Co-Founder and Director of Network Engineering at Communications Technology Exchange. Mr. Fox also served as a Technical Security Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency for over nine years where he held various positions in technology and management areas.
Mr. Fox holds a Graduate Certificate from the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Citadel.
Mr. Fox lives with his wife, Mary, and their three children in Vienna, Virginia.
Matt Wilmoth, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wilmoth, Tenacity Solutions Inc. COO, is a 16-year veteran of the Intelligence Community IT services industry. He oversees business units servicing numerous contracts spanning all of Tenacity Solutions Inc.'s technology offerings to the Intelligence Community and Federal clients. Mr. Wilmoth is a proven leader with broad executive, technical, and business management experience focused on providing superior services to the Intelligence Community mission.
Joining Tenacity Solutions Inc. in 2004, Mr. Wilmoth arrived from ManTech International where he served as Technical Director for the Information Systems Technology, Federal Programs Division. Prior to Mantech International, Mr. Wilmoth served as a Program Manager at Communications Technology Exchange. Mr. Wilmoth began his career as Computer Specialist at the Central Intelligence Agency where he held technical and project leadership positions over a six-year period.
Mr. Wilmoth holds a Masters Degree in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University and a Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Detroit.
Mr. Wilmoth lives with his wife and two children in Arlington, Virginia.
Robert O. McClure, Vice President, Human Capital
Mr. McClure is a multi-dimensional executive of 25 years having a reputation for maximizing employee engagement and corporate performance while leading the development, administration and delivery of human capital management assets and programs, improving technology services, reducing operating costs, and ensuring desired outcomes at their highest levels.
Joining Tenacity in 2011, Mr. McClure previously held executive and technical positions at Innovative Technology Systems Inc., Infodata Systems Inc., Creative Technology Inc., and Quality Systems Inc. serving the Intelligence Community. Mr. McClure started his career in the United States Air Force.
Mr. McClure holds a Bachelor of Science degree from LaSalle University.
Mr. McClure lives with his wife and daughter in Ashburn, Virginia.
