Insurance 100% Employer-Paid Premiums:
  • Health Insurance: PPO with Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) or High-Deductible PPO with Health Savings Account (HSA)

Paid Time Off (PTO):
  • Earned at a rate of 10% of hours worked
